The story of an organisation

Every film tells a story and the secret of a good story is that it follows a fixed pattern. I use this basic principle when I make video films myself, but you can also apply the model of a good story to the development of an organisation.

What phase of a story is the organisation in? What makes people move? What obstacles do they experience and how do they overcome them? What dilemmas are there? What qualities can they fall back on? Where does the story lead?

I research, clarify and deepen the stories. Then I devise an approach that helps facilitate development.
